Is the mobile mechanic available 24/7?

Emergency roadside assistance is available 24/7, subject to location and availability. Servicing and non-urgent repairs may be arranged by appointment.

Can every repair be completed at the roadside?

No. We only carry out work that can be completed safely and properly at the location. Some faults need workshop equipment or further parts, and we will explain that clearly.

Can you replace a flat battery?

Battery testing, jump-start assistance and mobile battery replacement are included in the stated services. We confirm the correct battery and availability from the registration or vehicle details.

What information should I have when calling?

Your exact location, registration, vehicle make and model, dashboard warnings and a short description of what happened are the most useful details.
